Weigh-in Wednesday!

WOO! Just stepped on the scale this morning...130.2 lbs!
Down .8 lbs so far. It's something! :]

Just made myself a green juice for breakfast this morning, along with a hard-boiled egg (just the white).

 It's not bad! Juice of: 1 green apple, half a cucumber, some celery, two romaine leaves, lemon juice, and a tiiiny drop of honey! (couldn't help putting some of the lemon/honey mixture on my face, honey has antibacterial properties to combat acne, while lemon juice is brightening! Woo!)

My workout for the day! Couch-to-5k program. 
Ran/jogged/walked for 34 mins :] 

& I made these delicious morsels! Peanut butter, almond butter, a scoop of protein powder, some honey...roll them into balls, and coat with ground flaxseed! YUM!
