Back at it!

Finished day 2 of the ZCUT power cardio series with Zuzka! It is TOUGH.
I pushed through it but had to take a lot of breaks. I also did the bonus ab workout at the end!


After class, I went to late-night yoga with a friend. It was amazing. :]


My breakfast! Oatmeal + Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal,
blueberries, and some maple syrup mixed in.

Long time no blog!

Sorry, guys!
I got really sick a week or two ago, and it really threw me off. I'm getting back on track now, though!
Tomorrow I'm staring day 1 of Zuzka's Z-CUT Power Cardio.
I'll update you all on that very soon!
