I have had a Tumblr for a while now—er, a "fitblr"—and thought it would be nice to get (dare I say) a real blog!
This will be a lot more personal, and is going to highlight my journey towards my goal body and overall optimal health!
I am already a very healthy person, and have grown up eating whole, unprocessed foods. So, what I need to work on the most is exercise! I LOVE to exercise, and so many forms of it interest me. I just haven't been sticking with a set routine for long enough to lose this layer of fat and tone up!
I want to have my best physique by summer!
Lets do this!
