2 eggs + 1 banana = pancakes. 

1. Mush banana. 
2. Crack eggs. 
3. Mix 
4. Spray griddle with PAM 
5. Pour batter on 
6. Flip 
7. Eat 
8. Happy :]




































































































































Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls:  [no bake, high protein, GF, vegan]
(makes 4-5 balls)
  •  1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  •  1/2 tsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  •  2 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
  •  42g (2 tbs) Honey (or maple syrup/agave)
Directions:
1.  Put protein powder & cocoa powder in a bowl & mix.
2.  Add peanut butter & sweetener of choice & stir until moist & crumbly.  Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.



  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Line a muffin tin with slices of ham. Crack an egg into each muffin spot, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes!






Slice banana & place small dollops of natural peanut butter between slices.
Dip them into melted chocolate & place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put tray in the refrigerator for them to harden.
